*basic design knowledge using Silhouette
*At least a 15x15 heat press
*Butcher/kraft/parchment paper
*Sublimation ink and paper
*scissors
*heat tape
*Patience
*you need a Panel Board (mine is a size 32x48 & 1/8 inch thick
